Sorry i was distracted for a moment. This really heavily depends on your relationship with sis. If mom will not stop her from seeing the older girl, you might sit down with her and explain how much you love her and carefully without condemnation explain how you have observed the changes in her because of her friendship with "D". Then point out girls you know your age like "D" and explain this is what "D" is headed toward. Then ask Is this where you want to be. Also I must mention your lifestyle will effect your credibility with her. If you hang with wild girls etc. Your word will carry little weight.

Yea, thats what im going to do... And my sister knows everyone i hang out with.. I never hang out with the "wild girls".. Those are the girls with diseases like "D" haha.. I hang out with all the girls who are obviously Extremely Gorgeous, but dont have to have sex with every boy to get attention like most girls like "D" do... And my sister knows that.. Im even gonna get some of my friends who are girls, to talk to my sister also... My word takes heavy effect on my sister always, and this is the one time im really bothered, b/c this is the one time its not....

I also strongly recomend sitting with her parents and explaining your feelings. Also sit with her alone and expalin what this girl can do to her life. And if your mom is doing nothing how bout your dad?

Just remember one thing. Girls need love and affermation (sp) of selfworth. If they get it at home they are less likely to get it other places like a boys bed. She needs to know that she is special and doesn't need some stinky boy to tell her so. Fathers and older brothers telling her and treating her as special will do just fine (No I do not mean anything dirty, proper affection and appreciation does more to prevent pregnancy than all the just say no adds in the world)

Oh trust me, she knows that she is WAYYYYYY more than special! My parents tell her how beautiful she is, and how much they love her, and how well she is going to do in life with her great grades... Even though it doesnt bother me, and i would rather this, my dad literally favors her... Lol.. But i would rather he favor her.. I care more about her than i do me.. I guess she is just trying to be grown up... I hate when little girls think they are adults lol Its so annoying... But w/e, im sure this will pass, its definately a stage...

She probably has to learn this on her own. If this friend is such a bad person she will in someway screw your sister over and she will realize that you were right. I hope this doesn't happen but it could.

Yep.. It would be a good learning lesson for my sister, but if she ever does screw my sister over.. well... lets just say, she will most likely move out of the country...
