Im currently in CT but plan on moving to Arizona. I wanna bring my bp with me. How would I do so? Is there a special shipping company? And is it safe?

    Re: Shipping BP's

is it absolutely necessary to ship?

Are you driving yourself or flying?

If you're flying you may have to ship. I have no idea of the rules about snakesonaplane.

I'm moving next week actually, but i'm driving to my new location (6-7 hour drive). I'm packing the snakes in a few shipping boxes i happen to have but they're staying in the car with me along with the rest of the animals.

shipyourreptiles.com allows for shipping of reptiles without needing a certification like fedex needs. Ive had reptiles shipped to me with both UPS an Fedex, both arrived happy and on time. You just need to make sure that you are there to sign for the package.

You can also see if you can stow him with someone else while you move, an then have them ship him to you so you know you'll be home to receive him.

ah, i'd say shipping is your answer then

i think syr actually has instructions on their website. i know you can order shipping supplies from them and they actually come with an instruction and info sheet you include in the package (live harmless reptile) type of of things.

I dont want to give you any wrong info so i suggest you just check their website.
