We think we figured out that the fan is generating heat. Its a Radio Shack Cooling Fan, 4 in 115VAC. Its been running for a week...so did it just overheat? Could we put in on a timer switch? Like one hour on and one hour off.

Without the fan there is like a 4 degree variant in the incubator...and we don't really feel comfortable buying a fan that we are going to have to wire with wattage conversions and stuff...

omg this is so stressful...
