    Re: Croc Water Dishes?

The search for 'ramekins' brought me to Target's website. They look they've got pretty close to what I'm looking for! And a set of 10 comes out to be just over $1.5/bowl!! Thanks for everyone's input!

I used to use plastic bowls for my ball pythons, but they always tipped the bowls, so I switched to ceramic bowls. Here is the link to where I bought mine: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...m?pcatid=19327. I use the five inch bowls for my ball pythons.

No, I didn't know there was a difference. I have had a few issues with mine cracking, so may have to make the switch. Thanks!

    Re: Croc Water Dishes?

OH YEAH they're different. They're lighter for starters. The bottoms of them are also glazed, I really liked that.

    Here's some pictures.

My bottoms are not glazed, and get the water seeps through often. Thanks again.

Bingo, I threw those other ones out once I bought all these.

    No problem man.

    Re: Croc Water Dishes?

Yeah, my ball pythons delight in tipping over all the water dishs. Since I gave some of them the ceramic crocks, THOSE are not tipped, no seeping seen yet.
The plastic crocks from walmart, while cheap and easily cleaned, were tipped over almost the same day I'd clean. The Dollar Tree had these, but you have to just watch for them to come in. Make friends with the clerks, and call on the day after their orders come in.
