if you really want in this hobby you should seriously read up on stuff for at least a year and then decide what you want to buy when you have a bit more understanding of what you want to get into ..just my opinion

And then your basically telling him to go learn about genetics..... Do you realize what your saying? I think he is trying to learn about genetics by asking questions, dont you think? I mean c'mon, the guys obviously a beginner, and you were once too, you werent born knowing genetics, were you? So never turn people away from this beautiful hobby for silliness like that!
