Very nice work there! Looks great with the staining.  I only have one suggestion, though - do not use actual bulb lamps in there unless you either mount them outside on the top or have a solid covering for them. In snake cages, it's better to use LED or fluorescent lighting.
Good luck getting everything finished up. Gonna look a treat! 
I'm using them as the heat source. I may shield a bit of it to try to concentrate the heat though.

To give a better idea, this is the Monitor cage.
It's going to be pretty well identical, with the exception of much smaller bulbs, and they'll be mounted in the rear corners.

that looks really good,but as was mentioned put a wire cage around the bulb,so the snake doesnt burm himself on it

Installation is easy - you just have to place the tape/pad on the wooden floor, maybe with a few holes drilled underneath for ventilation, and then lay tile or vinyl flooring over it. 
I was worried about a few things with the UTH.
Fire hazard
Ease of replacement. (as the showerboard will be glued down and sealed over it.
