If what you are trying to ask is if he will be breeding size by next season, then

if he is a good eater then yes he should make weight by next season.

Making weight isn't the main factor in being a viable breeder.

I would agree with the rest. Don't count on it.

If you want something that will breed next year for sure, buy a proven breeder male.
