Growing mice and rats without climate control

How should one grow rodents outside in a shed or workshop? I want to rent a place that has an outside workshop but no power outlets. It would get below freezing in the winter and hot and humid in the summer. How do others who have shed racks deal with temperature?

    The successful ones move indoors.

The others tell stories about how hard it was to raise rats.

With temps below freezing and high temps during the summer you will not be successful

Your choices: Keep them indoor or install electricity in that shed.
