White BP for $150????

Being somewhat new to BP.net and the internet reptile trade, this is actually the first scam I have seen. Perhaps someone with experience in these things can do a sticky about scams. I just did a search and did not see a sticky on this subject. It would be a service to all the newbies and young readers that may potentially fall prey to such ads.

Basically if it sounds tooo good to be true, it's a scam.

I guess the message is "if you buy from someone other that a reputable dealer" there's a risk. Caveat emptor. Although, I did not know cheap BPs were a common scam.

You have no idea!, the cameroon scammers, scam eveything imaginable in the pet world, offering high end morphs really cheap, or puppies, cats, etc. unfortunately, the unwise send their money for this "great deal" and wind up with nada.

I guess I shouldn't be suprised. Now a days, there's undoubtedly a scam for anything of value. And high-end BP morphs are valuable!

I have never heard of scams from Cameroon. It's sad people fall for these.

Unless I buy from a reputable person/breeder, I don't think I would buy. Plus, common sense too. I mean 75 pounds for a 1 year old python? Just out of curiosity, how big are the giant pythons (burmeese) at that age?

IE they can't write in english very well. Their words are mistyped.
It is also a way of figuring out if a deal is a scam or not...
Not that, people don't use horrible english everyday...

and the bad part english is my only langauge and I could pass for these scammer lol. ( sad ain't I ) but i guess when they just push you though school it shows up later in life.
