the way I see it is this:
if it's not good enough for me it's not good enough for my snakes.
would you buy frozen meat, thaw it, re-freeze it, thaw it then eat it? I certainly wouldn't so neither do my snakes.
I don't know all the scientific ins-and-outs but I know that its better off not done. To do with bacteria and decomposition. Personal preference I suppose
