Most of mine eat frozen i have a few though that will only eat live. All mine are housed the same way also substrate is newspaper its cheap and easy to clean. I dont give my burms hides just becasue the fact when they get large its very hard to find something they can fit in I use to give them boxes and then when they got bigger they would get bigger boxes but they would go to the bathroom on the boxes and it was just a mess so now I lay newspaper down and then crumble a few sheets of it in there cage and they use the newspaper thats crumbled as a hide. All of my Large snakes are housed in visions model 632 at the moment. Until we get some animal plastics caging. Here are a few pics of some of them in there cages.
