    Re: Post your biggest fish!

once you catch so many fish you tend to not worry about the camera.
ive caught 18" lake perch, 38"+ northern pike, 40" catfish, 30ish inch steel head, i even caught a 60lb king salmon once(that was like pulling in a log).

i once caught a 3.5' nurse shark.... with my hand as the bait i worked at an exotic pet shop in the saltwater department, and i was cleaning the sharks tank... welllll... the shark didnt like that and bit my left hand when i wasnt looking... not too bad, the biggest fish ive caught fishing was a 22lb blue... nothing great, but im not a big fisherman....

you do realize that those puffers would fetch more than a hundred bucks at a pet shop, right ?

    Re: Post your biggest fish!

You asked for it!!! keep in mind, I am 6'3" and 280 lbs for size comparison... You said "post your biggest fish"... I assume you meant fish in the plural form...

Giant red Snapper (along with several normal sized keepers)

    Sheeps Head

    Wahoo

    Sons large mouth bass

Bonnet Head Shark (exactly 1 lb short of world record)

    Barracuda

    Other Sons speckled trout

Red Drum aka Redfish. (WAY too big to be legal

    King Mackerel (Kingfish)

    African Pomano

Some very tasty b-liners (vermilion Snapper) not very big but they add up.

Whiting... again not very big but they add up BIG TIME!

Biggest of them all... 120+ lb tiger shark. Nothing to compare size too... WAY to big to try to get on the boat. took two hours to get in on a large penn spinning reel.

I'm not a big fan of the b-liners myself mike, but that red snapper and that red drum looked pretty darn tasty to me...along with the wahoo. You ever tried blackened redfish?

Sorry, I have to ask which of the two specimens do you mean....

My biggest fish i caught before digital photgraphy was available:

20 pound sea trout in denmark, using a scented twister as bait that I used out of resignation because i thought there were no fish at all on that beach... but then...boom...

42 pound cod, I thought i was pulling an old car out of the 85 meters depth i caught it in.
