The Scrubs I've kept were all bar necks, and were definitely the sharpest pythons I've dealt with, hands down. They watch your every move...turn their head and all when you shift. They aim for facial strikes unless you try and restrain them, when they do get agitated.

Don't under estimate their strength either. For being the most slender giant Python, they can reaaaally put up a fight. They have some KO power to them. Trust me.
No doubt. Everybody is different though. I trust my Annie more then I trust just about anybody. I'm sure this will get me critized but I'm not worried about it. I'll take my Annie out and ill hold her and let her roam through my hands, then ill close my eyes for a bit, and she stays put by me, usually she lays on my chest. The only reason I let her freeroam sometimes is because there is NO way out of my room, the door goes all the way to the floor. I'll lay her down on my head sometimes and she slither around, I even rub my nose on top of her head frequently while im holding her. I know if I get bit its my fault, so I won't be mad, but I just honestly don't see her biting. I know everybody has different opinions on snakes, but my anaconda is just one I trust that much. Also it may just be because shes useto it, I take her out every day, Feeding is on Friday afternoon, I take her out her tank and put her in a seperate enclosure and ill thaw out a adult mouse and wiggle it around and she grabs it within a second or two and starts the process of eating it, well after shes held it for awhile in her coils rather. I let her be the rest of that day, Saturday, and Sunday, then I'll start handling her back on Monday and everyday until Friday afternoon when I feed her. I've even accidentally made the mistake of forgetting to wash my hands after dealing with mice because I was attempting to do other maint. on my tarantula & scorpion enclosures, so I totally forgot to wash my hands. Thats why I believe she wouldnt bite me, that and I've had her since a week and a half after she was born.
