    Re: Infractions

I generally refuse to acknowledge the existence of these socalled infractions.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

    Re: Infractions

I've been footloose and infraction free for a few months. I deserved em and I think I pretty much asked for one of them like Judd Nelson in The Breakfast Club. Oh, and yeah....Bruce is the man!

If an infraction-inducing word is non-English, can you still get an infraction?

Food for thought: In my language, the spanish for milk is a bad word. It is as bad as the N word.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

In this case, yes. If the words translate into an English meaning that would be censored...if we figure it out...it will be infracted. However, we can't keep up with every single cultural language taboo...but, if someone used such a word in a way that it was obviously a personal insult directed at you and we were made aware, we would still step in and deal with it.

While the majority of our readers are English speakers, we DO reach an International audience and that audience includes children of many languages. The site should be safe for them all.

Wasn't meant as a personal insult. It's the only Dutch I know sadly

    Re: Infractions

I thought an infraction was the mutant offspring of the interbreeding of closely related fractions.
