I feed live. Just about exclusively! Sometimes ill buy frozen when i feel like it, or when i want to feed the critters an extra item ( less bloat with F/T in my experience)

My only suggestion for Live feeding..... Feed Responsibly.

I sound like one of those anti drug/drinking commercials..... LOL
