Why are they shipping it Friday? Can they guarantee it will arrive on Saturday??

I never, ever ship animals later in the week, because you never know when there will be a storm or a mechanical problem, which causes a delay. Ship Thursday for Friday delivery, if there's a delay, it goes to Saturday and likely will sit in the hub over the weekend.

ALWAYS get animals shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays at the latest. Will ensure you get your animal.

Yea they are shipping me another one thursday. However I was pretty angry I had to pay shipping again, but couldn't fight it because it was right there in their disclaimer.

I think they should have paid for the shipping since you did not kill the snake .It better be one healthy snake or else i would DEMAND a full refund

I've read alot of bad reviews on LLL also. A lot of their animals seem to be in bad shape shape health wise. Also another thing i've noticed was their prices are quite a bit higher then everybody elses, especially on some of the common stuff. When they goto the local reptile shows, if you ask around the other vendors they will tell you not to buy from LLL. That's why I try to talk to the person alot on the phone if i'm going to be ordering over the net because I figure if they can deal with me talking to them a few times, then they have good customer service.

I've only ordered 2 snakes from over the internet, 1 from Matt Crews(victoryreptiles), and I talked to him a few times on the telephone before ordering like a week or so later. I paid him on like a Thursday and I asked him to wait to ship it Tuesday, as he did. It arrived Wednesday morning in great health. This was a Yellow Anaconda btw.

The other snake I ordered over the internet was from Dan Scolaro(dts herps), before I ordered I read some reviews, which he had I want to say 2 bad reviews, but I look at how he handled them, and I was mildly comfortable, then I talked to him for 2 days on the phone off/on asking general questions. Then I felt comfortable enough to order, so I ordered Monday, he shipped Tuesday and it arrived Yesterday abotu 9:10 a.m. That was my White Lip Python btw.

Just to protect yourself in case there is any issue with this replacement snake (which I strongly feel you should NOT have had to pay shipping for) keep a file of all correspondence with these folks, do everything in writing not by phone (or have all phone conversations confirmed by written email) and take a LOT of pictures. Things like the box unopened, closeup of all shipping labels, box first opened up with snake still in shipping bag, etc. I've seen a lot of people that couldn't get their money back because they didn't think ahead to have the evidence that the snake arrived DOA or in very poor condition/very poorly packed.

Yes, or to top off what he said, try to get a video of you opening the box and taking the sanke out of the bag, but before you do that make sure you catch all labels so there is no dispute that it came from them.
