keep the paper dry.
as for cleaning the tank... take everything out, and use a reptile safe cleaner. i would keep her in a tub for now, because it is easier to keep clean.

I agree with this. Keep a close eye on her, make sure the paper stays dry, and use a tub for now, because you can toss it into the dish washer and clean it easily.
In my tanks, I use concentrated Simple Green, just spray the tanks, wipe it down, then rinse with hot water in the shower (I've got one of those long massage showerhead thingies so it makes this really easy) Simple Green is safe and a really good cleaner, we use it around the house on pretty much everything, like our counters and what not.
When she's done healing, I'd suggest continue the use of papertowels/newsprint, or get aspen bedding or cypress mulch, these are good for humidity, but the cypress more so.
