So, I just put in the coco fiber substrate for the first time (using the brick type). It looks much better than my previous paper towel/newspaper method, but it's made my humidity shoot up overnight. Last night it was in the mid 60%s, but this morning it was in the mid 80%s! Especially on the warm side, where the water is turning into vapor more quickly, so it's not dry

I don't want my snake to get scale rot or anything - so I've taken the lid off his tank for now and am keeping an eye on things. What do you guys do with this substrate to keep humidity in an ideal range? Any tips are greatly appreciated!
