Thank you Gio! Its just aquarium background, Eco-Earth, and artificial aquarium plants. I need to get another piece of that background for the left side, which used to face the couch. The off-white bin isn't bad, but the background looks nicer.

I'm annoyed with myself for forgetting to look for some climbing branches or another magnaturals vine when I went to the local expo on Saturday. At least the "tree" offers some climbing opportunity, the information I've found isn't helpful on how much water pythons climb to help me determine how much height I'll need to provide in an adult enclosure.
