    Between the multiple regurgitations and bad sheds, this is sounding like a husbandry issue. I would say look at the stickies at proper humidity and temperatures. It definitely looks like all of his scales were pulled off in that section and skin is now exposed. I have never had a reason to assist shed any snake. If there is a stuck shed I have only had to increase the humidity and the snake takes care of itself. I would say at this point you have no choice but a vet visit. Put him on paper towel with hides and water bowl only. Don't want any exposed skin damaged in the meantime. Just my opinion. Good luck!!
