I have a simple question regarding my phone. I have the iPhone 5, just 5. Not 5s or c or xyz, just 5. Its the black 16gb model and i have verizon, idk if that matters or not.
Whats normal battery life for people's phones, iPhones or any phone?
I charge my phone overnite, its at 100% when i wake up. Before work i'll spend a half hour or so on my phone on FB/Youtube/forums, on my wifi. When i leave for work it'll usually be at like 96-98%. I get a 15min break and a 30min lunch break, so i'm usually on my phone for most of my break, sometimes not always, it varies (on 4g network, not wifi). I get out and will spend maybe 5-10min in my car on my phone before i go home (yes im slightly addicted to my phone lol :p). I get home and my phone is almost always freaking below 50%. I got home today and it was at 39%. I never had this problem with my iphone 4 and cant really rmbr having this problem before with my 5. It seems sorta recent... I may just not have noticed though. So, is this supposed to be that bad? Like 2hrs total, not even, of internet surfing uses 60%+ of my battery? That seems ridiculous to me.
Ok and before people turn this into a huge Apple vs Android vs Poundcake debate, i LIKE my iphone. I'm NOT tech savvy. I tried a galaxy s3 for 2 weeks when i was due for my last upgrade. I could not get used to it at all. I'm used to iphones all the way back from when i bought my first itouch wayyy back when. Like i said, im not tech savvy, the iphone is just more user friendly for me. Just figured i'd throw that out there before someone comments "oh just get an android phone". I tried it and really didnt care for it.
Thanks for anyone who can help me out!
