So in the not so distant future I plan to breed my Bumblebee het pied to my pied female.
I have done much research and starting to work on a hatchling rack and incubator.
I guess the question I have is, When introducing the bumblebee to the females enclosure is this much of a risk? Do I have to ease them in , put them around each other a bit? or drop him in and close the lid?
Should I remove the hide? My female pied only eats in her hide and a mouse has to enter it then she slams it. (Yes I said mouse, she wont touch rats, and she is over 1600 grams) I would hate to see my bumblebee enter her hide and get nailed.
Sorry If these are big time newbie questions, I guess that's just what i'm most fearful of is having my female tag my male when he enters the hide.
any tips hints stories suggestions would be great! thank you!
