So I tried to feed the ball python that I got last week f/t hoppers, what I didn't realize is when I bought him was he was raised on live. Today I tried to feed him, without any methods, no strikes. I used chicken broth a little bit after and he struck 3 times. Should I try leaving one in front of his hide that I dipped in chicken broth? He seemed like he was wanting it. It wasn't aggression I don't think either cause I picked him right up and he didn't do a thing.
