I suspect that the Paypal claim center is going to give Petco a lot of grief. I know that I'll be reporting this transaction.
I was billed immediately, funds transferred out of my bank account, and payment confirmation received from both Paypal and Petco, and I still got the bulk email stating that I hadn't been billed. As far as I'm concerned, I've bought and paid for 2 stupidly large exoterra cages, and now they're the ones not holding up their obligation to the bargain.
If nothing comes of it, I can't be mad, but you better believe I'm gonna try!
