get a smaller place by yourself and your rent will go down. CT is THE most expensive state to live in and i am 100% sure that i could live off of $1200 a month. If hes only shutting you down and trying to put the blame on you then hes not a man, hes a child. A man supports his family, he doesnt go out and spend money on wants instead of needs. I try talking to him. He calls me a pessamist and shuts down everything I say. Sometimes I wish I could leave him, but I cant afford to financially live without his paychecks
