okay, then what should I do? is it okay for him to stay in a hide that has condensation like that?

I'm guessing he spilled water from one of those water bowls. Try rearranging the furniture and see what happens.

Is the top of that enclosure air tight?

That hide also looks like it really would old moisture. They something that may be more porous. Bottom of clay pot, cereal box, etc.
