I just started this week. I am rather sore. I've not been able to complete a full session yet. I either reach failure or I can't physically do something.
I am 34, weigh 225 lbs at 5' 10". That makes me overweight but not quite obese. The weight I don't really care about. I care about my pants getting tighter and tighter. I want my waist back!
Anyways, I am hoping this regimen and some diet changes will help me to get where I want to be.
