I'm confused - has he or has he not responded? In one post you claim he responded asking for pics. In another you claim he has basically not responded. Either he has or he hasn't.

Yes a wooping $20 off.
Yes of course. Read my original post.
I am not a ultimate experienced bp owner (little over a year). So this is new to me and many others did not know what it was either. I have a vet appointment for her this Friday. Then I will be able to put a name on what this is that is "Wound"
I'm trying to understand the nature of the complaint. Please correct me if I'm unclear on anything here because I have had a hard time putting everything together after reading what seem like contradictions in your posts.
It appears as if you knew about the tail when you bought if and received a $20 discount on the animal - correct? Then after a few days in your care the tail apparently took a turn for the worse - right?
See, your post in the wound thread makes it seem like the seller hid something from you, when if fact it appears as if he gave you a discount (albeit a small one) for the tail.
If so, did the tail get worse under your care or is it in the same condition as it was when you bought it? If it is in the same condition, why was this not a concern at the time of your purchase?

My email address is rci_russ@yahoo.com if you have pics of the animal and my cell # is 810.333.9980 in case you lost it.
Please get in touch with me so we can continue to move forward with this. I wish you would have contacted be like you said you would without going to the web to discuss this matter. I am willing work with all of my customers and am not in this for the short haul.
So the seller is admitting that he got the one call from you but never received your pics. He has come onto this forum to publicly address your complaint and has expressed a desire to work towards a resolution. This after a bunch of yahoos have now piled on your "Bad guy" thread and have made all sorts of snarky comments about him, the name of his business, etc.
So if I have everything lined up here correctly, you knowingly bought an animal with a retained shed on it's tail. You inspected it at the time of purchase and received a small discount for the imperfection. The tail worsened under your care and you contacted the seller about it. Something the seller openly has admitted to.
The seller asked you to send some pictures which you claim you sent but he says he never got, so you came here to warn all of us to stay away from him.
He then joins this forum to address your concerns, openly expressing his intent to make this work.
Seems like you jumped the gun and this guy is displaying an unnatural level of patience with you. My advice is to back away from the keyboard and call him.
Keep this in mind - the reason why some people smelled fish is because it didn't take an idiot to figure out that you probably knew about the tail at the time of the sale.
