I would talk with the buyer and we would decide what the best course of action would be. Most likely I would buy the snake back from them at the cost that they bought it from me, and a little extra for their time. I may also trade with them if I have a 100% het of the same morph / same sex.
BTW, I only guarantee if they are breeding the het to a visual.
