From what i've seen this year so far more problems seem to have been caused by cutting than solved. All 9 of my first clutch pipped by themselves on day 57 to 59 except for one which still hadn't pipped by day 59 so I cut a tiny slit in the top and within a day it had poked it's head out.
I think it would be good practice to at least wait until the first one has pipped and then wait 24 hours before cutting any that haven't and also only make tiny slits, not hack away at the egg like i seem to be seeing a lot of. Just my personal opinion there.![]()
