I currently lift 6 days a week but only hit each body part directly once a week. I run the mile every other day in roughly in 10:30 (wish I could do it faster but due to my size I will take what I can get) and I box every other day. I was doing mma for a long time but due to time and money I have not been to any classes in quite some time.
I'd like to hear what everyone else does. I don't care if all you do is cardio or you just weight train or whatever. Post it![]()
