    Wierd question

A couple of my snakes in quarantine have diarieh, should I be worried ? I just got those about 2 weeks ago. All but one of the snakes had eaten, they are showing no bad signs, and they are going into shed.

I wouldn't Vet until you have identified that the problem is Chronic or if you notice an impact to the health of the snakes with the issue.

I would maintain quarantine indefinitely until the problem has been resolved for at least a few months.

Copy that, longer quarantine it is, they've had this issue since I got them 2 weeks ago

Diarrhea IS a "bad sign". It can kill animals (including humans) by dehydration if it's severe...so yes, I'd take them to the vet asap with fresh stool samples.
Very suspicious too that all your snakes from that source have it. Longer quarantine for sure.....I hope they make it. BTW, going into shed is what snakes
do when they are sick or injured, it's an attempt by their bodies to repair something. So while all healthy snakes do shed & it can be perfectly normal, the
fact that these all have diarrhea and are going into shed is significant. They are sick.

Copy that, I hope they'll be ok, all but one of them are eating, the one Het clown had just shed a perfect shed, the other 2 are in shed and the 4th has not eaten for me yet, that's 4 out of 8 of the snakes I got from this place that are sick.

And the het clown that had the full shed has a bit of blood on her paper towel

That "bit of blood" is very significant, tell the vet & go asap. I would NOT assume that ANY snakes from that source are OK.

I hope everything goes ok, good luck.

I second not believeing a single snake from that source is ok. I would get in touch with them once the vet figured out what is going on as well.

Also, I am dissapointed.... I was looking forward to something relatively weird. :/

i just want to chime in here: while OP's snakes are obviously dealing with some sort of issue, sometimes when a snake sheds, the skin pulling away from the cloaca causes it to get irritated and possibly bleed a bit. it's not too common, but it does happen; it's happened with my oldest male once before. that's likely where the blood came from.

still, diarrhea is not something to take lightly IMO.
