Recommendations for a thermostat to control heat bulb
Anyone have any recommendations for a good thermostat to control a heat bulb in my BPs viv?

herpstat is always a good choice if you have the money

on the less expensive side: you can go with JumpStart thermostats on Amazon. i have used both JumpStart and Herpstat (intro+): Herpstats are definitely worth the money, but if you can't afford that the JumpStart is around $15 and will work well when properly set up.

If you are using a true bulb and not a CHE you do NOT want a Jump Start as they are on/off style and will burn out the bulb.
I would change to a CHE and either way get a good proportional thermostat like a VE-200.
