    my new setup

Here are some pics of my new setup for my two bps. They are in 32qt sterilite containers, with uth, and the hides and water bowls in each tub will be exactly the same, in the bottom tub I am using a cardboard box for a temporary hide until this weekend when I can buy the same one in the top tank. I use paper towels for my substrate because it is easier to clean. tell me what you think!?!

I do not have a temp gun, I would like to get one though, thanks for the link for that one!! I was using a thermostat, an ESU Reptile Electronic Tempurature Controller, but the probe wasnt very sensitive and it made the uth get too hot. Right now, I think the temps are fine, I am using Zoo Med heating pads and they seem to be at the perfect temp, not too hot or too cold. I check on the snakes a lot and they seem to be happiest with just the uth by itself.

Ok, I would also go to walmart and get a Acu Rite to read the HUM and the temps, on both sides put the Acu rite probe on the UTH and you can just read it to make sure everything is sound .
