Helix
I'm about to buy a Helix but it only holds 500 watt? I have a 10 shelf rack shown in the pic below can Helix handle all the flexwatt for this rack?

Depends on the wattage and how you plan on laying it - but most probably yes.
You could go with one piece of 12 inch flexwatt per level - and that would be 200 watts used up. Or if you were planning on snaking the smaller stuff through it you should be able to do about 60 feet of the 4 or 3 inch (give or take) - I would think that's more than enough to heat that rack.

I'm gonna do 11" wide and 12" long every shelf...

If you look at the 11" flexwatt, you'll see it uses 20watts per foot. You have 10 tubs, so that's 200 watts you need to run. The Helix will be fine.
