Finally got her plants fully sanitized! Within hours she was out exploring I attempted feeding her F/T Tuesday night, but she didn't eat. I don't think she was fully acclimated - she's also been raised on live which I'm sure isn't helpful. I'm gonna try fresh kill this weekend as a transition and see how it goes. The stores around me have a policy against live feeder mice so they're $7 a piece and the nearest breeder is 40 minutes away
If I didn't ask your opinion, I don't want it.

Yes, I do believe snakes are capable of enjoying a human's presence.

    Don't sweat a missed feeding.

Try to leave her alone until she eats a few meals for you. Only take out if you have to clean, etc. Otherwise, let her be. That can help her de-stress and get comfortable.

I also wouldn't make any more changes to the tank until she has eaten a few times as well.

It can take them a little bit to switch to F/T. There are threads on her specifically about that.

It's also very important that you defrost properly, etc.

She looks really good though, so I wouldn't worry unless it becomes a pattern.

    Good luck!

I'm starting to think she really likes posing for pictures... she's a natural born model.

Second attempt feeding thawed was successful! She struck in seconds and finished eating in no time.
