i'd say so! you also might want to try and get some fake leaf vines to clutter up the floor of the enclosure. this will also help with security so he can move about all sneaky-like.

I'd definitely also say more clutter, thats really open. Probably feeling a little insecure in there.

I wouldn't rush on a bigger tank, from the looks of it, that one is plenty big.
