    Frozen feeder rats

Does anyone know any good sites to order frozen rats through? I need some frozen feeders for a good price.

Perfect Prey has been my top choice for years. They have good quality stuff and are very consistent with shipping things out promptly.

I second perfect prey. Very helpful staff - when my guy was ready for small rats but not small rats at the highest range I called and asked if I could have 'small' small rats. They sent me rats that were the perfect size.

    Re: Frozen feeder rats

third for Perfect Prey. i actually just had an incident where some rats from another provider were VERY smelly, and not typical rat smell smelly. everyone but my corn refused.

had to toss the stock and ordered fresh prey from Perfect Prey. got a nice hand-written thank-you note (with a pen!) and everything looked (and smelled) great. everyone ate these feeders no-problem. after this incident i will never not order from Perfect Prey.

Every place has good prices. Its the shipping that kills ya.

Exactly. And one site, the shipping is $50 higher because I live in Nevada. I have a few more frozen rats that are a bit smaller so I'll try to hold off until this reptile expo I'm attending in California

You going to the Super Reptile Show? I'm going to be there on the 12th of August.

Layne Labs is a good west coast option. $30 for me, but I'm in CA. Not sure how much more NV would be.
