???s on introducing adult leos for breeding groups

ok need some help as i am completely new to geckos. I purchased 1.2 adult leos that I liked from different breeders. Now after 30 days quarentine im ready to introduce them and let them do their thing. So how do i go about introductions? put the females together for a few days and then add the male or introduce the male and 1 female then add the other girl later? Thanks folks and happy herping!

In my on leo group i have 3 females and then i just introduced the male and have had some success breeding. I have a gravid female right now and another that just laid eggs. Ive heard of breeders doing any of the above you mentioned, but i always move the male into the females. hope this helps!

All my leos are kept separate and then I introduce the male in with the female.

I have been breeding mine in a "colony". I had the (4) females together in a 20 long for several weeks. Once breeding season came on, I added the male. After about 40ish eggs from the colony, i have had to pull the male and 1 of the females. They got so obsessed with breeding, they stopped eating and started dropping weight. They are all good now and putting weight on again. I have 1.1 together in a different tub and the female just started laying. I really don't think it matters to much how you do it, they will do their thing! I have now hatched 4 babies so far this season and many more to go!
    5.3 normals, 3.1 mojave, 2.4 pastels, 1.0 yellow belly, 1.1 cinnamon, 1.1 het pied, 1.0 pastel/yellowbelly

I put the girls in together a couple days ago and now the one hasnt eaten since the day she went in. how long should I let her go before pulling her out? of course i wont let her starve to death but im wondering what an appropriate amount of time would be?

I would say, just like ball pythons, weight matters more than the amount of food intake. Maybe keep an eye on her weight and hope she starts eating in the next couple of weeks. The biggest sign is if the tail starts shrinking. You could always let the male breed her and then seperate her if she won't start eating. You will just have to put a lay box in with her in her seperate tub. It seems there are 2 types of females. The ones that stop eating when breeding, and the ones that eat way more.
On a side note, I only feed my adults every 3-4 days. About 8-10 meal worms each. Sometimes they eat them all in minutes, other times there are still a couple left by the next feeding day.
