Is this a good deal & is it what its supposed to be?

I ran across someone today at the serpentarium and he has this guy for sale, priced at $150, says its a woma....Also I was wondering if this is a good morph as far as morph combos? What can you produce by these womas?https://ball-pythons.net/gallery/fil...1327_thumb.jpg

Womas make nice combos and definitely make a great addition to any collection but do you have any picture of this woma?

and scroll all the way to woma. I think they are similar to a lesser. It's a good morph to make combos with, but do you trust the guy that it is a woma? I would be careful.

You just have to copy the picture from the full view.

As for if its a woma, I have no idea I have a normal female that looks kinda like that and I think woma prices are more than 150. Is it male or female and what size is it? If its a breeder size female totally worth it even its normal.

You can tell its a woma by the pattern on the head not like a normal....And they have reduced pattern I think....

I'd buy him :)

woma's are a codom morph similar to spiders. I'd grab it at $150 as womas are not very common

The Picture that you have posted does look to be a Woma.
It is a Co-dom morph, so if bred to a normal the odds would be 50% womas and 50% normals for the offspring.
There is a Super (Homozygous) form called the "Pearl" but it appears to be a lethal gene and all the Pearl offspring have failed to live as far as I know. Though I would not let that keep me from getting a woma they do make some nice combos and are beautiful reduced pattern animals even in the plain Heterozyous form!

$150 is a great price for a woma, I personally would purchase a nice woma for that price.

I'm still learning my morphs, but regardless, its a pretty snake :)

for $150 I'd be careful, that sounds awful cheap for a woma.

Both of those pictures posted look very nice though.

:O Holy Schmoles! 150 is a steal for a male Woma that's bout half the market price and it aint bad lookin either:D

no offence to anyone involved but something stinks. Don't know why they would be selling it so cheap. If I were you I would shoot the breeder an email and just be upfront and honest with them. Tell them that the price concerns you, and you want to know why they are selling it for less then half of going market price.

I am with Mike on this, something just does not sound right about a woma for $150... I would tread carefully

True, it could be a problem feeder or be kinked or any number of health problems.

it sounds like it is at a store?? not with a breeder. but yes, 150 is cheap and at that price, if it is a woma, its a great deal

For 150 I think I'd pick him up to. He's pretty.

It's a great deal if it's not a messed up snake...I agree with Mike and Asplundii on this...if something seems to good to be true, then it probably is

Eh i dont know, i've ran across some great deals that were INSANE, esp. on BP's if you're in a remote area like i am and people dont know what they have and sell to a pet store, etc... i've ran across a pastel before from a guy who was going overseas and was only 50, large female about as big around as my wrist, great feeder, even ate while i was there , not kinkled or anything... but with recent losses in my collection while i was gone for 2 weeks by the person staying at my house, i just couldn't find it in my heart to pick it up :( but i did refer a friedn to it and she's still doing fine to this day.
