White BP for $150????

Don't know what this is all about (White BP for $150??) but, if you're in IL, you may want to check it out.

I love it. The ad also says she's very playful. Ha!

And most importantly.....obedient. I pretty sure that is an Ivory.

Biggest BP in existence, too! Says she weighs 75 lbs, 10 ozs. under the "Pet details" Tab.

Sure and the guy is sitting in a internet cafe in Cameroon or another neighboring country.

Not sure why you are posting this, all you do is promoting a scammer by posting his ad here when instead you should join that site and report it to the owner of the site.

If you check out the kitten, you can tell that this person is ESL. Sad really

Identifying a scammer is having the ability to actually identify him with a name, address, ID on specific forum, IP address etc, you have no info to provide so like I said the best thing to do at that point is to report it to the site in question.

I could probably post 2 or 3 similar posts each day if I wanted to it would not really change anything unless I can provide reliable info.

This is a cameroon scam nothing new there are tons out there some are not even posted they come directly to you email again not much that can be done except to remind people that is a deal is too good to be true then it is more than likely a scam.

I intended no harm. Figured everyone would figure it out for what it is as well as get a chuckle on a Friday If you think this does harm, I suggest you or the appropriate moderator delete the thread.

If you think that someone in Chicago has a playful, obedient white BP that is spayed and vaccinated and weighs 75 lbs, 11 oz, and has a passport, then by all means, I'd encourage you to answer the ad.

That's what I meant by ESL (English as second language) It's like the Nigerian scams. You should be able to pick up a scam by reading the descriptions. Like he said an obedient snake with vaccines, weights over 75 pounds, and has a passport? Not to mention the wording is bad............. SCAM

i cant believe people actually fall for that crap. i wouldnt buy any live animal unless i picked it up or it was a reputable breeder

I hope no one falls for this. Be careful everyone? If this ad was made to look more legit some of us ball python fans would be sending that jackass money. For example: Male ivory ball for $1,000 with correct looking details Frauds are out there! Jason Bowden --- someone needs to complain/report this!

Being somewhat new to BP.net and the internet reptile trade, this is actually the first scam I have seen. Perhaps someone with experience in these things can do a sticky about scams. I just did a search and did not see a sticky on this subject. It would be a service to all the newbies and young readers that may potentially fall prey to such ads.

Basically if it sounds tooo good to be true, it's a scam.

I guess the message is "if you buy from someone other that a reputable dealer" there's a risk. Caveat emptor. Although, I did not know cheap BPs were a common scam.

You have no idea!, the cameroon scammers, scam eveything imaginable in the pet world, offering high end morphs really cheap, or puppies, cats, etc. unfortunately, the unwise send their money for this "great deal" and wind up with nada.

I guess I shouldn't be suprised. Now a days, there's undoubtedly a scam for anything of value. And high-end BP morphs are valuable!

I have never heard of scams from Cameroon. It's sad people fall for these.

Unless I buy from a reputable person/breeder, I don't think I would buy. Plus, common sense too. I mean 75 pounds for a 1 year old python? Just out of curiosity, how big are the giant pythons (burmeese) at that age?

and the bad part english is my only langauge and I could pass for these scammer lol. ( sad ain't I ) but i guess when they just push you though school it shows up later in life. :rolleye2:
