I Saw Jeff Corwin!

Jeff Corwin was here in San Antonio. It was in amazing experience for me, because he is a HUGE inspiration for me. He also showed off some cool animals, like a water monitor, a gaboon viper, and an enormous burmese python. It was really cool, and just thought I should share it. I would've posted some pictures, but no photography was allowed :(

I love Jeff Corwin, he's super funny and really educational.

I like Corwin, he has a good sense of humor.

great guy, I wish he was on TV more, seems AP stopped showing him as much which disappoints me!!!

My daughters and I watch an episode today with him, he was in Panama showed some really cool animals. The girls "sometimes" really like to see those types of shows. But he almost got nailed by a eyelash pit viper.

But I also like his show..

Ah I love Jeff Corwin, used to watch his show all the time when it was on regularly. I love that one where he sticks his hand in a tree stump and pretends something grabs him and then pulls out this huge toad. Cracks me up every time.

Awwww man! I just left San Antonio a few months ago! Where exactly was he that you got to see him? I would have loved that!!

I was totally watching this show today on Animal Planet HD! The one where he went up in the crane over the rainforest right?

I used to watch him when I was just a wee lad. lol. When his first show was on discovery or whatev, Going Wild With Jeff Corwin. I wanted to be a biologist at one time because of him. Then again I did want to be a Ninja Turtle when I was little.

He's the Ferris Bueller of the reptile world.

Thats the one..... When he has that toad my girls thought it was a cat and thats what peaked there interest :D

He was at San Antonio College (SAC). It was a FULL house, literally every single seat was filled, and there was a huge line. Me and my dad were lucky to get there when we did.

I worked at the same wildlife center where Jeff Corwin first got started. Some of the veteran employees even remember him as a kid. They described him as a nerdy kid who was completely obsessed with reptiles, and would not shut up about them!! Sounds like most of us on BP.net! :D

Oh and... for those of you who aren't as lucky as the OP and need your Jeff Corwin fix - he was on my local news recently. His daughter even comes in for a cameo at the end!

MAn I wish i could remember what it was but there was an episode where something was getting a little too close for comfort and he smacked it on the head with a stick. I always think of that south park episode where they go to south america and cartman keeps smacking things. lol.
