Is the CHE on a dimmer or tstat?

You have a IR temp gun? To check the surface temp under the CHE?

My first thought was the same as KMG- that it's a thermal burn from being under an excessively-hot heat source. For safety, all heat sources should be controlled by a thermostat & checked on regularly- burns are not only painful for snakes, but they can be life-threatening or subject a snake to an infection that's also life-threatening.

IF this isn't a burn, it's also possible your snake has been wedging herself under something in her cage, & then scraped her way free of whatever it was. Could even be from the top of the enclosure, if she has things to climb on that allow her to scrape her body on the ceiling.

How long has she had this? Any blisters?

    Well that's good.

Tell us more about the enclosure.

She just shed within the last 5 or 6 days but she just had mild scale rot which I treated with a betadine bath and she got significantly better and I just added a sanded branch in there and also a new hide but she’s had this for about a few weeks already

I wonder if it's related. Why or how did the scale rot come to be? During your care? Or you got it this way?

I’m pretty sure I got her perfectly healthy I got her in March and scale rot appeared around mid April I’m pretty sure I was misting the terrarium to much

I wouldn't think misting would cause that. Not being there I'm at a major disadvantage not being able to really investigate.

Could it be a rub like suggested? Does it have something it can crawl under or through?

I mean she got the scale rot from me over misting as to the red marks I’m not entirely sure I just put in a new hide and grapevine branch in the terrarium

I understand. I just don't see how you would mist enough to cause that. Just seems to me that would have to be a ton of misting.

What type enclosure? Glass tank? Screen covered? What's the substrate?

I think KMG is on the right track with the rubbing or it being somehow related to this mild scale rot you're referring to. Typically scale rot comes from a dirty enclosure, or your snake sitting on super wet substrate for extended periods of time. I use to keep my BP in a glass tank and was misting a few times a day to keep humidity up and never had an issue like this, so I'd lean towards misting not being the issue unless you're like, non-stop spraying down everything in the enclosure.

What substrate are you using, btw? I can remember a thread a while back where the OP was panicked about a color change on their snake, a "side-stripe"- & it turned out to be from artificial colors added to the substrate & how the snake was contacting it. (It washed off! LOL) Everything does show up on a white snake...have you tried washing it off? ;) Just in case...? This is on top of the snake, so what about decorations?

Well I had a humidity box with sphagnum moss and kept misting to keep humidity up to like 80 and I keep the glass terrarium clean also using prococo husk the block form and her scale rot got a lot better Since I treated her just looks like the reddish rash maybe got worse when I took these pics when I held her today she didn’t seem to have em just wondering if it’s the new hide ima investigate in the morning

From those the redness looks reduced. Is that what you are seeing in person?

Y’all. It’s a white snake. It’s going to show bruises, blemishes, scrapes, scratches, abrasions infinitely more easily than a darkly pigmented snake. Curious to see what photos of the scale rot looked like

So it kind of feels like little bumps and when I touch the red part I think she gets disturbed

Maybe your issues just aren't translating to online. If you're feeling bumps & obviously you're still concerned about what you're seeing, then you need to make an appointment with a real vet that has experience with herps. It's not our place to diagnose & take the place of medical care. This may help: https://arav.site-ym.com/search/custom.asp?id=3661

Throw up some pictures of the enclosure. Maybe we'll see something that could be causing it.

    It's very difficult to guess.
