Cup Noodles, revisited - with Iggy (Cinnamon Enchi Ghost) and Rae (Butter Mojave BEL)
Back when I first got Iggy, I took a picture of him in a (cleaned and empty, of course) Cup Noodles cup. Now, we have version 2.0 with my dynamic duo.

The BPs were very cooperative for this; I think they liked how snug the cups felt.
Bonus pic #1:
"Back off! These noodles are mine!" (Or, Rae getting caught in the middle of the biggest yawn ever. Iggy shying away to the side was just a timely coincidence.)

Bonus pic #2:
The original "noodle in a cup" photo, with baby Iggy (and dreadful lighting). 8 months ago, how time flies!

You take the most adorable photos! Really love the one saying "Back off...!"

Haha! I usually can't react quite fast enough to catch the yawns, but this was a big long one!

You recognized Gintama! Oh man, if only I could high-five you across state lines ...

There really should be a prize for that...

Yea, I fell in love with the show originally, then lost a lot of sleep reading the manga. I need to get back to it and finish it!
Cross state high fives are acceptable. I actually go to Escondido and San Diego a couple times a year with my family. Dad lives in San Diego, and my son's godparents live in Escondido. Nice escape from the AZ heat!

This is unbelievably cute, what a great idea too! Two great looking cup noodles :D I love the one with Rae yawning angrily at Iggy, it totally looks like he's yelling LOL
Nice Gintama-themed noodle cups too, I've heard great things about it and been planning to watch it some time.

I followed the show for quite some time as well, but fell behind on anything released after around 2010-ish. My mind was boggled when I checked the Wikipedia article and saw how much more material has been released since then.
Ahaha, it's blazing hot in both of our states right now, but I suppose every little bit of difference counts! I'm less than 2 hours away from both Escondido and San Diego, actually.

LOL, most of the BP yawns I've seen are just really darn cute! I don't know what possessed Rae to go for the "GRAWR!" variant that day.
Gintama is a wonderful show! Admittedly the number of episodes is daunting, and I haven't watched the series in its entirety either (I want to guesstimate that I left off around episode 170-ish?), but it's given me a lot of laughs that I still reference as running jokes with the friends who watched the series with me. And for such a wacky and comedic show, it also surprises by really delivering on the production quality during the major story arcs where it takes itself seriously.

Completely unrelated, but Bogertophis was just recently referencing your rat snake, Noodle, as a compelling argument for me to start branching out into colubrids, LOL!

As a matter of fact, I'll bet you'd enjoy a "Bogertophis subocularis" (aka Trans Pecos rat snake) too...they start off tiny, never get huge & are mellow snakes as adults-
for a rat snake, they tend to move slow when handled...as if being "careful". And like FollowTheSun's "Noodle", they have a lot of personality & bug-eyed curiosity. ;)

Thank you, of course you can! The double cup noodles photos should already have watermarks in their bottom right corners, and for crediting, you can always just include a link to their Instagram (in my signature).

Look at this! Relentless! (And admittedly very compelling.)

Thank you! Perhaps a BP can be snake #2 after your rosy boa? ;) The more snakes, the merrier, right?

See the problem with that is I would love to have both, the wife however would be less than thrilled [emoji23] I’m still working with her though, hopefully she will open up to the idea and I could add a white ball python to my stable [emoji2]

Well, you did pick a very pretty, and decidedly non-scary, species to start with, so perhaps your wife will begin to see the appeal! Ball pythons are similarly cute and non-threatening; I think you have some hope!

I always tell her about how good my ball python was lol missed him bad enough I had to get another snake. That was part of the convincing measures used to get the Rosy [emoji23]
