Looks awesome, are the things on the back wall vents and if so where did you get them? Are the drawers on the top fake? Last, what is the new lucky tenant?
Oh, turn off the room lights and post some pics of the other colors from the light kit.

Yes, the back is wall vents. Here is how they are cut out.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/29/pe2u2ybe.jpg
The cover is a shower drain that I got from Home Depot.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/29/qaqazy7y.jpg
Depending on temps and humidity I can close them off from the back with a little bit of tape over half of the opening if needed. The top drawers are fake. I have two 8" holes covered with screen for the two 8.5" fixtures that will have CHE's. You can access the fixtures from the back which also has a locked door just incase the tenant gets through the screen in the top! It will also have a large 20 watt Intellitemp heat mat on one side and a 15 watt medium on the other. The side doors on each side lock with just simple window locks. The doors also have 3/8" foam seals. Everything is glued, caulked, or sealed so I'm hoping that temp and humidity remain spot on!http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/29/8e4ahavy.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/29/uzazadyh.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/29/unu8u2e6.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/29/here2azu.jpg

Did you build this from scratch or is it something you converted? The other colors look awesome.

I have been working on it in my spare time for 4 weeks. I have about 30 hours in it I would guess. I'm no carpenter! If I can do it, ANYONE can!!

Nice project idea, which i'm going to copy somewhat and do a double viv for my snakes. I'm wondering how do you access to your snake? From sides where you have the window locking "doors".

What about dimensions of everything? How did you mount heating? Under one wooden plate? How does that function, and what did you use to seal insides for any kind of spillage of water or for disinfection purposes? I guess it would be a murder to clean it all out?

Would acrylic coating over the wood be good enough for that sort of things?

Beside that great work seriously this got me inspired to do something like that instead of buying glass vivs which are let's be honest ... plain and pain in the something to maintain.

Yeah getting cut wood in supply stores is no brainiac using a bit of glue and power tools shouldn't be that hard. So yeah i'm going to build something like this for my babys

And i somewhat like your approach from sides if i understand pictures correctly
