Temperature gun recommendations?
Hello,
So I looking into getting a temp gun. I saw a few different on Amazon.com. The cheapest was like $15 and then the next one is $45 ish. Does anyone know a good one? I don't mind spending $$ on a quality item I just don't want to get ripped off if there all the same,
Thanks

I use these 2...the Fluke being the more accurate, but they are always within 1.5-2 degrees of each other.

It's a great temp gun. The first one I owned back in the day was a Craftsman model I picked up at Sears. It used these weird hearing aid batteries and was what I call a 'one shot temp gun'. I had to push the button for every temp reading. With my 412 I can just hold the trigger down and it continuosly reads what ever I point it at. Plus, it uses the same AAA batteries as several other things I have around the house.

I was young and impulsive at the time I bought it...now I'm old and move slower ;)

Thanks for all the recommendations, I went ahead and ordered the 412L, the $49.99 one.
