Feeling, on the possibility of WWIII?
N. & S. Korea are at each others throat's and were butting in too. How do you all feel about the possibility of a WWIII maybe a draft, or nuclear war?
-
Really nobody has anything to say about this??... this could be us in the next year..http://i914.photobucket.com/albums/a...room_cloud.gif

It was a ploy. "a military training thing".. As it came out the next day.. Mainstream news turned it into something it wasn't and the next false flag staged event was complete..
It was meant to put fear and submission into the minds of Americans. All it did was piss off china and Russia who think the entire thing was stupid.

Should North Korea decide to attack South Korea in any more serious manner than they already have, they'd be basically committing suicide. South Korea would have our full support, and North Korea's traditional ally, China, is so economically tied to us (they export tons of stuff here, plus our government owes them metric @$*&tons of money), that they really can't afford to be on the opposite side of a war from us, regardless of ideological differences. It'll be North Korea alone against South Korea + USA and/or a UN coalition, and anyone with half a brain can predict the winner and loser there.
Logically, therefore, all North Korea can afford to do is loudly rattle that saber. Unsheathing it really isn't in the cards, at least not unless they want the end result to be a unified Korea under South Korean rule, and there's a much less bloody way to achieve that. ("Hey guys? Uh, we surrender.")
(Of course, all of the above depends on the idea that Chinese and North Korean leaders can logically evaluate the situation; failing that, anything could happen.) :P

Re: Feeling, on the possibility of WWIII?
Haha ya thats the problem though, North Korea is nuts! They live in there own little isolated world, there people barley know wats going on outside of North Korea. I wouldnt put it past them to do smething really stupid. Is it going to get to necular war ? I highly doubt it, everyone would take them out long before this happend. The only reason North Korea isnt already wiped off the map is the fact that they have a lot of missles pointed at Soul, so if anyone attacks, by by Soul, which is very populated. If Necular threat was serious, "World>Soul" North Korea would be taken out no questions.

if theres ever a draft I highly doubt they will draft me. (damn near blind, with a bad shoulder and knee. Only place theyd stick me is the kitchen hahah but seriously i dont think anything is going to happen.

It's not just N. Korea we have to worry about it's also Iran, Russia, China, Israel, an a few more. And just because we are tied to China financially doesn't mean POOPOO. China is allies with N. Korea whether you know it or not. I have read about 2012 watched about Nostradamus on History Channel i didn't really buy into it much, thought the idea of it was interesting but now as we are coming closer to 2012 and all these things that were spoken of by the Mayans and Aztecs, Nostradamus etc are eerily falling into place a year before 2012, and i can't help but really believe that all that hoopla is coming true.
So here's the next question that comes to mind... what will you all do IF...keyword IF..this happens what will you all do? Spend time with Family & Friends, party every day etc?
-
I believe in 2012... And 2013, 2014, and every year after that too. I DON'T believe that the world is going to end in less than two years....
But, I also believe that when the history books are written, you're going to find out that WWIII has already begun, it has just yet to be labeled as such. I think we're going to look back at 9/11 as the catalyst that started the war. Now we have to figure out how to end it without another great depression... Oh wait... Err, ummm....

My husband was in the army for close to 24 years and specialized in MI as a Korean Lingust. He spent many years there. N. Korea is not really a place that we paticularly want to go to war with. Million man army that is trained quite well. Do they have the technology that we do...no...but still I believe it would cost a lot of lives. Also this is something that N. Korea does quite often and what do we do....give them more money. It has been happening for decades now. They threaten and we send money to shut them up.
As far as WWIII I totally believe we are already in that. Radical Islam is after everyone not just the US. They have been targeting places all over the world for many many years. It did NOT start with the trade center. I heard an interesting statement saying that the radicals stated it will kill the US with a million little stab wounds (or something like that)....not some huge bomb or something. Just a bunch of little pricks so to speak. I thought that was quite profound as that is what they are doing. Now will it work.....I don't think so but I also think we have to stop trying to be so PC and get down to the real business of iradicating the issue.

Hmm everybody has interesting points, keep the input coming!

I have different beliefs about war and our government and I usually keep them to myself because it tends to upset some people.

Well send me a PM and let me know i am very interested to hear what you have to say. I have quite a few beliefs that would upset people as well.

I don't see it.
If a war with korea/china were suppose to be WWIII then we had WWIII in the 50s, we called it the Korean War. :P

Actually, I've been watching this economic trade with China the past decades and man, I can see how the Chinese is gaining power over the US. They can't fight us militarily, so they fight us economically. Okay, that's just a spin on the situation, not saying it is China's intent.
So, N Korea is under Chinese' thumb. They're basically tied to the hip. Kim Jong Il cannot do anything unless China supports them.
Now, America supports S. Korea. Let's say China wants to flex its muscle... they can get Kim Jong Il to do something stupid at the same time that China dumps the dollar. What do you think the US will do? Do more TSA pat downs?
Guys, I'm not American. I can see how America is getting weak. The Philippines is booming from all the American businesses moving there. They can't even wage a proper war without imploding on politics. Heck, they can't even run intelligence without having to do crevice check on random nuns and 5 year olds. It's a joke.
That's just my take on things. I'm no expert, of course.

To be honest i can see why people from Europe and other countries mock us and turn the US into a joke, it's because it is. I don't hate the USA but im not proud of it either. Our government is so far up every bodies butts that they might as well have camera's in all of our homes that watch our every movement, it's getting ridiculous.

Re: Feeling, on the possibility of WWIII?
i think no war right now in future yes nuclear yes draft god help us if they do because if u think about it when they drafted before wat were most americans doing? working yes but not working like we do now back during WWI and WWII they were busting their butts working for their money not sitting in offices or sittin on their butts collecting unemployment (im not bashing these ppl i have done it too) im just saying look at Korea they have ppl who are still busting their butts working hard for their money and they would be stronger than us man to man
the U.S. Military only makes up less than 1% of the U.S. Population North Korea is pretty small and im pretty sure everyone there would fight for their country regardless of their disabilities or anything like that.
if they do a draft then awesome i would be first in line i would love to get back into the service but since i left on bad terms (long story) i dont think they will take me back.. BUMMER
well i better stop my little rant and thats just my 2 cents take it or leave it

What is ridiculous is that our government borrows from China and then when N. Korea squawks...we send them money. So lets see....
China supports N. Korea.......we borrow money from China......then we send money to N. Korea to behave...hmmmmmmmmmmm. Can you say ....well ...you get it I can't write that word here....lol:rolleyes:
Not to mention the fact that we borrow from China......then donate to Pakistan or anyone else for that matter????? Seriously We are so far up our yippers in debt to China its quite scary!!!

Re: Feeling, on the possibility of WWIII?
I think that if there will ever be a WWIII, it will be a religious war, not a war based on real estate. Conventional war is too expensive today. No country could sustain a war based on taking over of another country's land.
However a religious war wouldn't have any fronts, no standing army fighting over a piece of land. It will however come to everyone's home. Imagine fighting occuring all around the world, from one street corner to another street corner.
Kinda like what's happening over in the Israeli area of the world.
Just one man's opinion,
Jim Smith

The only reason a fight between North and South Korea would become a world war is because so many countries have forgotten how to stay out of each others' business. This is fine if you're working toward a world government, but not so great when everyone's doing it half-arsed, for no particular reason other than apparent military boredom.

Re: Feeling, on the possibility of WWIII?
North Korea's missiles are a joke. They are only a threat to South Korea.
The only threat we would have is from China.
My friend works for a "certain company" and is in a "certain business" and has "certain" knowledge about these types of things. He says China have some nasty stuff.
And you are right. Religion is the cause of most of the wars in this world.

Im not so much worried about N. Korea i don't think they stand a chance, but im more focused on China, Israel, and Russia trying to get us while we are weak. After all China is how we fund our war in Iraq.

If I were to worry about any one country, I would say it would be Russia. They seem to side with Iran. If Iran and Israel were ever to fight a conventional war, I do believe Russia would put troops on the front line. Then of course we would have support Israel, and that's the way I see WWIII starting if not for a religous armageddon.

You bring a good point, either way we still have troops in in S. Korea and if N. Korea decides to attack that could mean more US troops lost, that's never fun to hear about on the news.
