    KFC's new double down, It might be what kills me, but it kills me so goooooood.

    Have any of you guys tried this 8 dollar heart stopper combo?

    I think people are overreacting. It's got about the same calorie content as a Big Mac.

    No go on the KFC. We've got a place called Royal Farm Stores, that blow KFC away when it comes to fried chicken and fries.

    no thanks. I prefer to stay away from fast food places, and cook for myself. So, I actually don't know what a KFC "double down" truly is.

    Well they have it in grilled chicken (rather than fried, as shown above).

    Grilled chicken is healthy. Can't deny that.

    How can the grill chicken have 100 grams additional sodium? You would think the sauce would contain a bunch of salt and the grilled chicken would be less, a lot less.

    differant marinades, the grilled doesnt have the added flavor in the breading so they pack as much punch as they can with the marinade which is loaded with more salt

    :D Seru likes sammiches too...? :D ...not sure I want to try it, but grilled chicken with cheese and bacon does sound tempting......maybe if they had some lettuce and tomato...ya know, some veggies with it..;)
