Walking down the street holding a big snake is a bad idea. While it will get you lots of attention and maybe even be fun, nothing good will ever come of it. Some thing are better off just kept private.

This can be applied to lots of different things when keeping snakes.

Sorry they used your webcam for such a story... If I ever had such a inquiry from a news agency, while I would be flattered, I would also ask to see the story before they are allowed to use my copyrighted material.

Maybe someone more educated on this subject can speak up, but it is my understanding that the second a picture is taken, or a video is recorded, it is automatically copyrighted, and illegal to use without permission.

But unfortunately that is neither here nor their because you flat out gave them permission to use it for whatever they want in your origional reply.

I am sorry this happened to you. Hopefully everyone will learn from this.

I think he posted it on one of those sites like youtube where you can just take a video clip off the website and use it. He said something like that in one of his previous posts.

Pretty sure this is one of the reasons I dont watch the news..... You never know how spun the story really is unless u are well versed on the issue..... Its amazing to see what the media actually does to the storyline when you know the true facts behind it all

Why is it that every time I hear a number of how many Burms are in Florida it's a different number. It kinda makes them look bad. Not that anyone cares how bad THEY look, they're all just terrified of Dave's BP babies -_-. This whole thing is so stupid on so many levels but I'm about ranted out for a few days.
