I don't believe that to be the case. I honestly don't look over at them, unless I'm checking to see if someone already has a warning.
In fact, probably most of the staff earned infractions and warnings ourselves when we first joined the site. :)

I got mine for saying a dirty word, that I believe was in reference to my opinion of the (then) new policy surrounding infractions for dirty words.
